When it comes to a home’s curb appeal, the first few aspects most people consider is siding, shingles, windows or gutters.  While those are essential pieces, there is another combination that a property needs to be considered finished – soffit and fascia.

Soffit – the horizontal board that runs from the bottom edge of the fascia and butts up against the house.

Fascia – the vertical board that runs along the eaves of your home and is where the gutters attach.  This board is commonly wrapped in metal and the wrap is also known as fascia.
